Discount codes do not combine!

Please note that we do not combine discount codes. When you apply a new code it will overwrite the previous. Please keep that in mind when making your purchase. Make sure you read the product’s description in full, as we do note all purchase limitations that may apply. Item sets in sample sizes are generally limited to two per order.

How do I use a promotional / discount code?

- While browsing:

1. Click on the ‘shopping cart’ option at the top right hand side of the navigation bar.
2. You will see a box on the lower left hand side, under the list of products in your cart.
3. Enter the discount code into this box and click “Apply Coupon”. You may need to click ‘Update Cart’ to get the discount to show.

- During Checkout:

1. Once you have filled your cart with goodies, proceed to checkout.
2. Click the option “Have a coupon? Click here to enter your code” at the top of the Checkout page.
3. Enter the code into the dropdown box and click “Apply Coupon”
4. Fill out the rest of the required information and proceed to payment.

My discount code won’t work, what is going on?

If you have applied a discount coupon and the order subtotal has fallen below our minimum spend of $8.00, you will be unable to checkout as the shipping options will not be available.

Please check that the promotion is still valid – check that the expiry date hasn’t passed, that it is still active. Note that our promotions run by Australian Eastern Standard Time (UTC + 10 hours). We do not implement discounts or provide new discount codes if the one you are trying to use has expired. If you believe the code to still be active yet it will not apply in your cart, please contact us immediately so that we may check the code is active and if so we can then invoice you your order (with the discount applied). Please do not leave it until it’s too late, because if the code expires we will not implement the discount for you.

Please note that many promotions are unable to be combined, if the code you are wanting to use is still active yet will not apply to your cart, please also check that you do not have any sale items in your cart which may conflict with the discount code.

I already placed and paid for my order, can I still use the discount code?

Once an order has been finalised and paid for, we are unable to make adjustments or implement discounts. Because of this we recommend double checking your order and total cost after adding a discount code.  We have a 24 hour timeframe for order cancellations (read more here) so if you wish to cancel your order and place it again using the discount code, please contact us immediately. Please note if it has passed 24 hours since order placement we may not be able to cancel your order.
