Application Guide

The violet shine in Witchberry is VERY subtle because it’s a facial product, and we wanted it to impart a soft glow rather than frosted shine. The duochrome is best viewed in shade, rather than sunlight. Witchberry is also part of our permanent Halloween 2012 set ‘Handful of Treats’.
Our Illuminators are super lightweight powders designed to accentuate your key facial areas such as cheekbones, bridge of the nose, chin – and can even be used as a sheer brow highlight. Each Illuminator has only the teeniest hint of small shimmer particles to create a glow on your skin, while the satin finish brightens up the face by reflecting light. Created to provide an extremely subtle base colour as to suit skin tones yet not clash with blush colour, our Illuminators are fantastic for adding a fresh-faced and healthy glow to your skin. This product can be blended right down for only the barest hint of highlight, or can be built up to your liking. We recommend using this product over a facial primer or liquid foundation to aid with adhesion, or using a setting spray if applied over bare skin.

This is my favourite highlighter to wear when I’m not wearing any other makeup – it adds a glow but it’s not in your face, which is awesome for subtle days

This gives off a very soft glow and isn’t too glittery. A subtle beauty!

This is really subtle, and makes it look like I have naturally glowy skin. Love!

ALL product descriptions and information is provided by the brand. Although we strive to provide you with an accurate portrayal of the product, please keep in mind many factors are subjective. What we have listed as ‘microglitter’ may be described by the customer as just a ‘glitter’ or ‘texture’; an ‘emerald green’ may be seen as a ‘rich teal’ by the customer. Our product swatches are picked carefully by our team, but please remember that swatches are also subjective to application technique and lighting. While every attempt is made to accurately portray all product colours, variations from what you see on your screen compared to what you see with your own eyes are inevitable due to individual monitor settings. If you are unsure as to if a product is suitable for you, we encourage you to contact us via the ‘Product Enquiry’ tab, we are more than happy to assist you wherever we can. We also encourage customers to view our review tab (if applicable), and to visit the site of the swatcher (linked at base of 'description' tab, if applicable). Most swatchers review their products, and their firsthand experience & product knowledge is valuable!
