Other: Like all the best and most dignified indie polishes, Scofflaw Nail Varnish is 3-Free (containing no dibutyl phthalate, toluene, or formaldehyde) because we’re in the business of awesome nail polish, not carcinogens. Only high-quality, cosmetic-grade pigments and glitter are used. Still, don’t eat the nail polish. While all Scofflaw Nail Varnish has been tested before being available to the public, some settling and separation of glitter/pigments over time is normal in all nail polish. So give your bottle a good shake (or use it as a prop in your next jazz-hands routine) before each use. Each bottle contains stainless steel mixing balls to aid you; jazz-hand routine ideas are all on you, sorry.
Application Guide
For best results, apply thin coats of nail polish and wait until each layer is dry before applying the next. The first coat should be streaky and sheer, the second will start to provide full coverage, and the third (which is not always needed) will leave you with full coverage. Sometimes if it’s extra-glittery it helps to ‘dab’ the polish on.
Always use a quality base coat and a top coat such as Seche Vite or Gelous (or both) with your Scofflaw nail polish to guarantee a shiny, smooth, chip-free manicure when you’re out saving the world or changing the cat’s litter box. Unfortunately, clear nail polish doesn’t smooth out glitters and may leave the surface rough.

I love Drop Dead Fred so this polish was a must for me. I normally steer away from these light green colours but because this was Scofflaw, I had to have it. The glitter combination compliments the base really well, and this is such a cool and funky polish. I really like it! Application was a breeze, two regular coats :)

It makes me think of meadows, zombies and mint lollies all at the same time. The colour combination is lovely and it’s opaque. The copper bits are more evident in person than in pictures and they add a nice warmth to the overall look.

I love green polish and Rik Mayall so I pretty much had to buy this. What I didn’t expect was how much I love it. Grassy green with an almost jelly like finish (it’s opaque but looks, squishy, is the best term I can think of) with loads of glitter. The blue glitter of various sizes sparkles where the butterscotch glitter gives the polish depth and tones down the violence of the green. As the owner of far to many nail polishes most get thrown out when they dry or separate but Drop Dead Fred is going to get used up well before then!

Wow! What a pretty green polish, the little glitters just sparkle and give this so much depth. Scofflaw never disappoint.
