Each box is valued to $35 AUD. This means that the product within, and the merchandise (branded items) are to that equivalent should you have purchased them at RRP – though with the benefit of not paying for postage from every seller. Please take into account that the currency conversion will raise/lower the price depending on where you are buying from.
As shipping is included in the total you will need to subscribe to the box that services your location (see next paragraph).
Which one do I select?
Australia Subscription ($43.18 inc GST) – This is for deliveries to Australian addresses only. It includes the postage charge, with a 50% off built-in discount (so $4.25 off, every box). The Emporium Beauty Box will ship to you via Standard Australia Post delivery with tracking & insurance.
NZ Subscription ($41) – This is for deliveries to New Zealand addresses only. It includes the $6 postage charge. The Emporium Beauty Box will ship to you via Standard Air Mail without tracking. Transit times are roughly 1-3 weeks from dispatch.
US / Canada Subscription ($46.50) – This is for deliveries to US or Canadian addresses only. It includes the $11.50 postage charge. The Emporium Beauty Box will ship to you via Standard Air Mail with insurance. Transit times are roughly 2-4 weeks from dispatch for USA; and 3-7 weeks for Canada (unfortunately we have noticed growing delivery delays to Canada so please keep that in mind).
EU Subscription ($44) – This is for deliveries to addresses within Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the UK. only. It includes the $9 postage charge. The Emporium Beauty Box will ship to you via Standard Air Mail without tracking. Transit times are roughly 2-4 weeks from dispatch.
Asia Subscription ($43.00) – This is for deliveries to addresses within Asia and Oceanic regions only (please check the links if you are unsure) excluding Russia. It includes the postage charge. The Emporium Beauty Box will ship to you via Standard Air Mail without tracking. Transit times are roughly 2-4 weeks from dispatch.
Other Areas Subscription ($45.50) – This is for deliveries to regions outside the ones listed above. Countries for this subscription include Mexico, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, Iceland, Russia, Croatia, Brazil. It includes the postage charge. The Emporium Beauty Box will ship to you via Standard Air Mail without tracking. Transit times are roughly 2-4 weeks from dispatch.
Shipping & payment dates
Emporium subscriptions renew on the 1st day of every second month; and this payment is for the box that dispatches 4 weeks later. The reason for such a gap between payment & dispatch is to ensure we have the correct sub count, so that we do not risk being caught short with the goodies for the boxes. Here is an annual guide:
- JAN box is billed to subscribers on the 1st of December (AEST) and ships January 10th-15th from our warehouse (January has a dispatch delay due to seasonal closures)
- MAR box is billed to subscribers on the 1st of February (AEST) and ships March 1st-5th from our warehouse
- MAY box is billed to subscribers on the 1st of April (AEST) and ships May 1st-5th from our warehouse
- JULY box is billed to subscribers on the 1st of June (AEST) and ships July 1st-5th from our warehouse
- SEPT box is billed to subscribers on the 1st of August (AEST) and ships September 1st-5th from our warehouse
- NOV box is billed to subscribers on the 1st of October (AEST) and ships November 1st-5th from our warehouse
An example would be for the December 1st billing date (for the Jan box). If you subscribed between December 2nd to January 31st, you would be allocated into the February 1st billing (which is for the March box).
Payment is not due in advance, so you can sign up whenever you please – the payment will only be withdrawn on the above dates.
Subscription cancellations & refunds
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You can do this by vising your account, and requesting a subscription cancellation (which will be approved within 1 business day). A subscription cancellation is active from your next billing date.
If you have a box which is paid for but is yet to arrive (whether it’s on order, in packing process or in transit to you) it cannot be cancelled and refunded. So once you purchase a box in your billing cycle, that sale is final.
If you cancel a subscription and you are NOT waiting on a box to ship/arrive then the cancellation is active straight away and you will not be charged on the next billing date.

What will I receive in my Emporium Beauty Box?
Each box contains a selection of vegan and cruelty-free cosmetics, perfumes, bath and body items from small artisan businesses around the world. We carefully source the makers we wish to work with, and each box is loosely themed for extra fun.
A standard box would have several deluxe/mini eye shadows; a deluxe/mini face product; several perfume samples; a bath and body sample (soap or lotion etc); and one or two lip products. The quantity or type of item/s are not set in stone. We work to the value of the box and like to include a variety of products. Some months there may be more lip products or more perfume products for example – but our general rule-of-thumb is that we like to stick with a variety.
Can I request certain colours/fragrances/products or changes to my Emporium Beauty Box?
Unfortunately no we can not accommodate changes to any box. All boxes are planned months in advance – and as many products are sourced internationally and are specifically made for us, we can not take requests or make alterations.
