Impsy Version 2. This version was release Oct 31st 2015, and replaced the original Impsy that was sold prior.

The difference between old and new is that we have lowered the oxide amount in the base colour. This means that V2 is more muted than the original version, however it also plays a lot nicer. It’s smoother to apply, the golden shimmer more noticeable, and it will be less patchy.

Impsy V2 is a soft mauve-berry with strong copper-gold shine giving it a very luminous effect.

Ingredients: Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxide (77491), Tin Oxide (77861), Silica, Boron Nitride, Synthetic Fluorophlogopite, Magnesium Stearate, Carnauba Wax.
Size: 3g (mini jar with sifter) / 5g (full size with sifter)
Other: Non vegan; not lip safe. Keep well sealed in a cool environment. Recommended 2 year shelf life.

Application Guide

For best application results apply this shade over an eye shadow primer like our Shadow Magic; this will help to prevent creasing and will improve pigmentation and coverage.

    I’m the first to admit that I am not a fan of purples. They always look gorgeous swatched, but I can never figure out how to include them in my looks. Impsy, however, is just too gorgeous not too use. It is a deep, warm reddish purple, much more so than it appears to be on the photo of the loose shadow, with a very, very strong golden shift when used over a sticky base. On primer, the shift is less apparent but it is still one of the most pigmented Femme Fatale shades I own. It’s perfect for the upcoming holiday season.

    Beautiful red based eggplant purple with a gorgeous gold shift. Lovely in smoky eyes and suits green eyes beautifully! Very pigmented, only use a little bit at a time!!

    The new version of Impsy is more sheer, but as mentioned above, it is very easy to work with and full opacity can be achieved.

    I own Impsy v1. Impsy is a beautiful color, I really like the strong gold shimmer over the dark purple base. It was a bit patchy when I applied it as an eyeshadow. now I use it foiled as a liner and love it that way.
