Ingredients: Water, Glycerin, Xanthan Gum, Cyclopentasiloxane and Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Propylene Glycol, Diazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Propylparaben.
Size: Arrives in a 11ml squeeze tube with a slanted top and clear lid.
Other: Vegan.

Application

Shadow Bind has a wet consistency at first, but dries down fairly quickly. Application preferences may vary the drying time. Typically, Shadow Bind needs a dry time of 15-20 seconds, unless you prefer to smooth it out and accelerate the dry time. Once it is only slightly shiny, it is ready to bind your shadow! Shadow Bind sets almost smudge proof, but removes easily with any makeup remover.
*Shadow Bind will darken some shadows. Also, mattes may not perform as well due to the adhesive properties of Shadow Bind.
