Application Guide

Always protect your nails against possible staining by using a good base coat.  Celestial recommend’s their Blue Moon Base Coat. Most of Celestial polishes will become opaque on their own within 2 – 3 coats. When applying any of their glitter polishes they recommend using the “dabbing” method.  Always seal your manicure with a good quality top coat to give it that extra shine and durability. Celestial recommends the use of their Solar Ray QD Top coat for cremes and holos, and Light Year QD Top Coat for glitters.
