WHO IS THIS SUITABLE FOR?
The Premium Membership is ideal for those who love all types of products – lacquer, perfume, cosmetics, bath/body etc. The Annual Exclusive Sale (for Premium members) will contain any a selection of new exclusive products from Femme Fatale & obscūrus. These are different every year, and only available to premium members.
The Standard Membership may be suitable for those who are primarily polish-buyers; as the three sales run each year will usually apply to lacquer as well as the other types of products we carry.
If you like all sorts of products, either membership will suit you, also depending on your budget :)
The Beauty Collective memberships are a one-time payment for annual access (365 days). It is not a reoccurring subscription. So once your membership expires, you will need to purchase another membership for the following 12 months. You will receive an email reminder when your membership is nearly expired, plus another once it has expired.
Prices are in AUD, and GST applies for Australian customers.
Once you have purchased a membership, you will have access to the Members Area immediately.
ACCESS TO SALES/PROMOTIONS
The Members Area is a portion of the My Accounts page that shows the member lists of available content, products and discounts. A lot of this content will be active during the sale times (see calendar tab).
“My Content” will show all pages, posts and other content open to your membership.
“My Products” will show products that are viewable or purchaseable.
“My Discounts” will list products carrying membership discounts.

SWITCHING BETWEEN MEMBERSHIPS
If you wish to change your membership, you need to cancel your current one, then purchase the other. Unfortunately switching between them is not supported by our system.
REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are available; the remainder of your membership is refunded to you as STORE CREDIT ONLY with a 12 month expiry date.
Please allow up to 3 business days for customer care to process your request and issue your credit (excluding public holidays/weekends).
The value of your credit is determined on the remainder of days left of your membership; approx figures are 1 day = $0.205 for Premium; and 1 day = $.095 for Standard. It is also calculated from the cancellation day (not cancellation request date).
CANCELLATION CREDIT USED AGAINST PURCHASE OF ANOTHER MEMBERSHIP
This is available for customers. Any store credit balance can be used on the purchase of a membership.
RECEIVING/REDEEMING LOYALTY LUSTRES FOR MEMBERSHIP PURCHASES
Loyalty Lustres do not apply to membership purchases, and are not awarded from the purchase of a membership.
No discounts will apply to membership purchases. They are full price only.
Our birthday gift to you changes every year, so you won’t receive any double-ups. Although we strive to have your present arrive to you as close as possible to your birthday, please take into account possible transit delays.
Your gift is dispatched:
~ 2 weeks before the provided date, if you are an international member
~ 1 week before the provided date, if you are an Australian member
Due to the prep time & shipping timeline requirements, if you purchase a membership without enough time (3 weeks) before your birthday arrives, your gift is mailed out the following year so that it may arrive in time for your special day. Your membership must be active to receive your birthday gift. If your details change at any time it is your responsibility to update us with the new information. Gifts sent to incorrect or old addresses will not be replaced.
GIFTS FOR REOCCURRING MEMBERS
If you are a reoccurring member past 1 year the gifts are slightly different:
Premium members will receive a deluxe (larger) birthday gift each year in place of the sign-up gift. Our birthday gift to you changes every year, so you won’t receive any double-ups.
Standard members will receive a $15 store credit each year in place of the sign-up gift. This store credit has a 6 month expiry.
30% OFF EMPORIUM PACKETS
Available to both tiers, this offer is for every sign up (so if you sign up for another year, you get this promotion again). You are issued 4 coupon codes for 30% off each Emporium packet (Aroma, Perfume, Bath+Body, Beauty) that are active for 6 months only. Each code is valid for one use only, and each code will apply to one packet type only.
Remember that Emporium packets are a monthly release, and if you purchase 5 or more you are invited to join the Emporium Membership (free). Being a member gives you access to the annual Emporium Sale on July 10th where you are able to buy full-sizes and any extras left from the Emporium packets released between those dates.
