  • You can find your tracking number via your account in the orders page. If your order status is ‘processing’ it means we’re still packing orders but we’ll get to yours soon! :)
  • Our TAT is about 1-2 weeks from the next business day of when you placed the order. Our Business hours are 9am – 3pm; Wed – Fri (excludes QLD public holidays).
  • We ship on Wednesdays and Fridays. We’re a very small team so we appreciate your patience.
  • Shipping nail polish overseas: Join Fiends FB group and partake in a group buy OR contact us below to organise an order directly from us. For an idea of the shipping fee – the cost of a 31 bottle DHL shipment to USA is approx. $190AUD+.
  • International orders without nail polish can be placed on our website. Perfume, cosmetics, stamping plates, nail files, scrubs etc. You can checkout on the website with all non-polish items, and do not need to contact us to place your order.
  • Orders placed without insurance can not be replaced or refunded.
