2026 April 29th

  1. Our TAT is back to 1-2 weeks; excluding several DHL orders which we have to send out to be lodged with another account holder. We appreciate everyone’s patience while we caught up on orders while training new dispatch team member.

TAT with sales is often extended to 2-3 weeks and we appreciate your understanding.

2026 April 15th

  1. Due to the delay of training new dispatch member; we’re currently behind by several weeks on orders. We can process refunds for orders placed up until today’s date with a 15% restock fee (if not packed or shipped) due to the delay; any orders placed past today has the new updated refund terms applicable:
    If you decide to not ship and want to cancel your orders – a 30% restocking fee will apply to merchandise only, in addition to a $2.20 fee per order, and we do not refund the payment processors fee (like Paypal or Afterpay fees).
  2. We’re working hard on getting orders out but please have patience, the owner has severe PTSD and the new team member works 2 days a week and we’re prioritising orders dispatched – but it takes time. We really value your understanding and patience with us.

2026 February 25th

  1. Due the high cost of DHL account renewal for 2026 (doubling of rates) we do not have a DHL account any longer. We can ship via another Aus indie maker however, these international orders with nail polish have to be organised with us directly. All international orders that do not have polish, but have items such as perfume, eyeshadows, nail files, scrubs etc will be shipped with Australia Post.
  2. Group buys are still available to those in our Femme Fiendling group on Facebook. If you would like to start a group buy with friends, please note that an approx. cost would be $180 AUD for 31 bottles to USA via DHL. To organise a group buy please email Sophie (owner) using our contact form.
  3. Ceasing use of Freshdesk as a support portal and ticketing system. General FAQ information will be transitioned to this website during end of Feb and throughout March 2026. A sitemap will be available towards the end of this process; and a contact form is already available for customer use.
  4. Virtal gift cards are no longer available; any balances should be utilised within 2026 as refunds are not available.
  5. We are no longer offering combinations of orders placed. If we come across multiple orders while packing, we’ll combine them at our own discretion. Any postage refunds comprise of the remaining amount after the deduction of: postage fee charged directly to us by eParcel (our own business rates with Aus Post), a fee of $2.20 per order combined, and the payment processors fees (such as PayPal or Afterpay fees). The remaining amount is refunded via the payment method of the most recent order.
  6. There is no guarantee we will combine multiple orders placed unfortunately. We appreciate your understanding as we are now a very small team. I have very little extra time to spend on admin tasks I’m afraid; and I appreciate customers understanding I will do my best but I can’t guarantee order combinations going forward.

2026 January 9th

  1. Short closure of website while on leave, reopening February 25th.
  2. All orders that were using DHL will be dispatched during the closure; alongside Parcel Forwarding. We are awaiting tracking information to pass to customers and update order status on the website.

2025 October 3rd

  1. Newsletter promotion (Birthday series) has ended and is no longer available. No change to the Loyalty Lustre program on the website.
  2. Fiendling membership has closed and is no longer available. This means previous Fiendling products are now openly available to all customers.
  3. Postal lodgment days are now Wednesday and Fridays weekly.
  4. Our eyeshadows, blushes etc. are now available as capped items (meaning they are not preorder, but if stock runs out we may be able to restock them if we have the necessary ingredients on hand).
  5. We are reducing the number of preorders and some brands entirely depending on sales; the FOMO method is taking too much time when we have to do 60+ new listings per month for polish that may not be restocked.
