Introducing a new more plump formula to tame those wild glitter polishes! The new and improved Glitter Whisperer provides a much better finish for those textured polishes. This version has a purple tint, while the original Glitter Whisperer has a yellow tint.
This polish is applied on top of textured polishes to create a smoother finish. For best results, finish with Dam That’s Fast quick dry top coat.
