Ex-Static is a white glitter topper that perfectly complements our faded neon crèmes, creating a fun manicure with retro vibes. The blend of white shred, dot, mini star, square, and hex glitters mimics a static-like effect. Part of the Mix It Up Collection Vol 2.
Apply one coat, then finish with Smooth Moves and Clearly On Top for a glassy look.
Recommended Coats: 1-2 over a solid crème nail polish.
Notes: For best results, pull brush straight up from bottle, dab glitter on, wipe brush and spread glitter as desired. Follow with Smooth Moves then a quick-dry top coat like Clearly On Top.

This is such a fun topper! We don’t see a lot of plain white toppers, so it’s a very nice addition to any collection. I’ve found it’s a lot more versatile than I first thought. I did need to do a little bit of swirling in the bottle to get the glitters, but it wasn’t as bad as most toppers.
