  • Have order/s with status of ‘Put Aside’.

The Ship Orders instruction is not applicable to:

  • Orders that have already shipped
  • Orders that do NOT include the Order Hold item. This service (putting orders aside to combine in future) is no longer available past February 1st 2026.

Do not use this item if you have placed multiple orders and they do not have the Order Hold item within.

If you use this item because you have placed multiple orders we may not see it in time during dispatch processing, as we pack and ship as orders come in. There is no guarantee we will combine your orders or refund postage paid.

We do not ship nail polish internationally

Orders to be combined

Please enter your order numbers in ascending order (example: 130456, 131992, 133348). Do not include any other information (you can leave us a message in the cart notes if needed).

We need a list of all the orders you have that you want combined, these may be preorders or orders already on hold. Please ensure you double check your information carefully.

Refund Information *

Total postage is calculated as the sum paid across all your orders excluding merchandise. From this postage total, we subtract the shipping fee as charged by Aus Post to us, and the payment processing fee's applied to your order by whichever payment gateway you used (Afterpay, PayPal etc). The remaining amount is what we refund to you, via the most recent order you had placed. Refunds are processed once per week, we appreciate your patience. An email notification will alert you to any refund applicable and processed, so please keep an eye on your inbox and spam folder.

Terms & Conditions

General:

  • If you partake in the UK/EU/NZ group buys, don’t use this item. Group buys have a separate ordering system which you can find via the GB post in our Fiends group.
  • You can checkout with this item alone in your cart – whenever you are ready to have your previous orders combined and shipped. No fees or minimum spend requirements are attached to this item (so please ignore a cart notice about minimum spend if you see one).
  • Your orders are still subject to the TAT (found on the top left of the homepage). Once you tell us to combine and ship, you order will start at the beginning of the TAT.

General Information:

  • We do not combine and ship orders with nail polish outside of Australia unless it’s via a Group Buy approved by a Femme team member (usually Sophie). In this instance, you do not use this item anyway as noted above.
  • Orders will ship with Australia Post (you can select between Standard Parcel or Express Post), either will include insurance.
  • Express Post is the service of Australia Post. It does not include our own turnaround/packing timeframe for you order.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to update us if their address has changed. Please ensure you provide the correct mailing address and contact number :-)

Shipping Fee:

  • The shipping fee is what we are billed by the carrier (rounded up**). The shipping rates at checkout are lower than what our carriers charge us, as we absorb a portion of postage fees to pretty much all locations we ship. The final charge for your parcel is also affected by the dimensions, weight and location – these variables are not factored into our website postage as we charge flat rates for weight brackets. This means your final postage fee may vary (either less or more) from the website had you ordered all your items at once.
    **Rounded up means if your fee is (example) $32.34 we round to $33, and calculate your refund from there.
  • Shipping is calculated once your orders are packed and lodged with the carrier, as this is when we are provided with the price.

Shipping Refund:

  • The refund is calculated from the total sum of all your postage paid (including any insurance purchased with this Ship Orders item), minus the rounded-up Aus Post charge and the payment gateway processor’s fee (e.g. PayPal/AfterPay fee). Any orders that are combined without a Order Hold purchased, will have $2.20 deducted in addition to the aforementioned fees.
  • Not all orders will receive a refund on postage paid. Some orders will be sufficiently covered, some may fall just short. Usually if there’s a difference of a few dollars owing to us we will cover it; but if there’s a few dollars to refund we will process it to you. If there is no excess to return to you, we will add a note to your order which will generate an email notification to you, letting you know.
  • Refunds are usually processed once a week. Note our business days are Tues-Fri and exclude QLD public holidays.
  • Refunds into bank accounts or credit cards it may take up to 7 days for your bank to process.
