Information on brand preorders:
Preorder Window: The timeframe during which you can order the available stock
ETA Ship-By Date: The approximate date we ship your preorder items to you.
Stock dispatched to Femme Fatale: Whether stock has shipped to us from the brand yet.
Stock shipped to buyers: Whether we have dispatched the stock to the customer yet.
Excess stock listed on website: Whether any leftover stock is on the site yet, after it arrives to us.
Preorders generally open at 9am AEST on the scheduled open date; and close 3pm AEST on the scheduled closure date. In most cases we will offer a new release as a set with a discount. We are Australian and use AEST (no daylight savings as we’re in QLD).
We currently have a longer ship-by date due to some delays we have experienced as a result of COVID affecting USPS. In particular one mail sorting facility in Chicago has severely delayed our stock as much as by 4 additional weeks. Please be assured that if any delays occur – we email the buyers and keep them updated on the transit of the stock. In the event of severe delays we may be able to offer cancellation of order, or free shipping of the preorder units once they arrive to us etc (at our discretion).
Outside of severe delays or stock discrepancies; all preorder sales are final and cannot be cancelled under change of mind.

We offer worldwide shipping for all our store items. As we run several preorders at a time, we do also offer an option for you to hold several orders and have them combined for shipment at a later date of your choosing. You can read more about this option here.
Every order you wish to have combined to save postage, must be put on hold with this item here called Order Hold. This adds a non-refundable $1 admin fee per order. You can hold as many orders as you like within a 3 month period. Shipping must still be paid per order, but is refunded after dispatch (see below) either via original payment method OR you can opt for store credit which comes with additional 10% and a 6 month window for use.
When you are ready to request your orders be shipped out, you must check out with the Ship Orders instruction here. This lets us know to bundle your orders that are on hold, and dispatch them to you.
There are several postage options for your orders. With use Aramex and Australia Post for Australian residences; and DHL Worldwide Express and Parcel Forwarding for international customers.
Parcel Forwarding is a bulk shipment of international parcels dispatched to our US warehouse via DHL; and it’s sent out twice a month. These parcels are then lodged with USPS by our warehouse. Parcel Forwarding has a far longer shipping timeframe due to the extra route it takes; but it is often the most affordable with postage starting as low as $10 for USA.
If you choose Parcel Forwarding it will extend the shipping timeframe, and this is on top of the preorder ship-by date. Parcel Forwarding often takes up to 1-3 weeks to dispatch from us to the warehouse, then 1 week transit with DHL, then 2-4 weeks transit with USPS depending on where it’s heading (expect longer for regions outside of USA and Canada).
Postage refunds for combined orders are processed after the shipment is lodged with the carrier. The refund is based off the actual rate the carrier charges us; please note this as the pricing we charge on our site differs as we often absorb $2-$10 depending on option, region and weight.
Postage refunds often take 1-3 business days to process, but delays can happen on occasion depending on whether the warehouse ships right before the weekend, or if there are public holidays etc. If at any time you need to check on your postage refund, please feel free to reach us at email@example.com and we are more than happy to assist :)
In the event of the shipping fee being higher than what was paid across your orders, we may contact you to request the difference paid or offer another shipping alternative (if available).
