Belying the name, Bill is an incredible polish! The magnetic pigment is extremely reactive and mainly pulls hot pink, with a lime-green to yellow shift in angled/indirect lighting – but the green/yellow is obvious without much effort and the polish is very flashy and rainbow gaudy as a result. The base is a deep shimmery electric blue. Two coats were sufficient, but had to use three on one finger because it dries quite fast and I couldn’t magnetise it in time. I am fascinated by it and can’t stop looking at my fingers. My top favourite polish at the moment!
