Other: This product is vegan, but it is NOT lip safe.

Application

Notoriously Morbid’s super semi loose shadow pigments were formulated to give you an extremely creamy pigmented shadow with staying power! Arriving in a semi loose state, the shadow can be applied with your finger or a flat shader brush in a patting motion. The creaminess of the shadow assists with easy blending and is formulated to look spectacular over primer or over a sticky base.
