Clearly On Top (Top Coat): When searching for tops coats, KBShimmer wanted one that dried quickly, was super shiny, did not cause shrinkage with glitter nail polish, and did not yellow. When they found this top coat, it felt like finding the holy grail and they made the decision to offer it to all customers! Recommended Coats: 1-2
Notes: After time, product can become thick, just add a few drops of thinner, shake to combine and let sit for 15-20 minute before use to let the bubbles pop.

Basic Training (Base Coat): Every polish wearer needs a good base coat.  Basic Training is a base coat that acts like double sided sticky tape. It helps creates long lasting bond between the nail and polish.  It also helps prevent staining.  This is not a strengthening base coat, nor is it a aqua type base. Is it just your basic base coat.
