Starrily is a designer nail polish brand that started out in New York City. Our goal was to bring fun and lively nail lacquers into the nail industry. We have since grown and now operate from a warehouse facility in Cleveland, OH. Our nail lacquers are 5-free, which means they do not contain the dangerous chemicals Formaldehyde, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Toluene, Formaldehyde Resin and Camphor. We have a strict cruelty-free policy where we actively avoid sourcing ingredients with animal by products such as Carmine and Cochineal. Our products are never tested on animals and we never condone any animal testing.
