Phoenix knocked it out of the park again. Under normal lighting I could easily catch the reflective glitter twinkling, but they really came alive under flash and even in the sun. If you’re new to reflective glitter, they dry a little textured and aren’t the easiest to remove, but this polish wasn’t too bad.
