Other: Every 12ml bottle is created by hand, with love, in the USA. Each bottle of nail polish includes a stainless steel ball for easier mixing, a rubberized cap for better gripping, and a wide brush for easier application. All ILNP nail polishes are 3-Free! They DO NOT contain Toluene, Formaldehyde, or Dibutyl Phthalate.
Application Guide
For external use only. Shake well before use as particle settlement may occur. Apply 1-3 coats of nail polish then finish with top coat.

For me this is the best base & top coat combo I’ve tried! The base coat doesn’t stain my nails (unlike Orly’s Bonder base coat) & the top coat really is glassy & dries fast. Also makes my polish last longer, for the most part (provided my coats of polish aren’t too thick, which I’m guilty of). Have just repurchased the top coat since I love it that much (and mine was too thick to use, even with multiple drops of thinner), but will repurchase the base too when that gets too gluggy, or I run out of it.
