Matcha Made in Heaven is a light green crelly polish with green/blue/purple shimmer with assorted black glitters. This is a sheer polish which will have VNL, but can also be layered over a base colour of your choice or a blurring base coat. Recommended 2-3 coats. Part of the Boba Collection.
