Application Guide
A base coat is recommended. Apply 2-3 coats allowing each coat to dry slightly before applying the next one. Finish with a quality top coat.

Out of the whole collection, this is the one the glitters stand out the most in. The holo is very strong and despite how thin it is it applied in two smooth coats.
