Ooh Shiny! is our quick dry top coat. When we were looking for a top coat to distribute, we had a list of requirements, and this one ticks all the boxes for us, and for our testers.
– Dries fast. (One of our testers timed it at 8 minutes!)
– Doesn’t cause shrinkage.
– Doesn’t smear nail art.
– Doesn’t dull holos.
– Smooths most glitters in 2 coats. Also works VERY well over a coat of Gelous.

Ingredients: BUTYL ACETATE, TOULENE, ETHYL ACETATE, ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL, ACRYLATE COPOLYMER, BUTYL BENZYL PHTHALATE, CELLULOSE ACETATE BUTYRATE, BENZOPHENONE, CI 60725 VIOLET 2
Size: 15ml / .50 fl oz. Comes packaged to you in an oval tube for safe keeping.
Other: Please note that this top coat is only 2-free, as it does contain Toluene. It smells stronger than regular polish because of the Toluene. No DBP, formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, or camphor.

Dreamland Lacquer is an artisan nail polish company based in Missouri. Dreamland was created in the summer of 2012 as Smitten Polish, and was born of a deep love of color and a (slight) obsession with nail polish. Our creator, Noelie, was a passionate collector and blogger about nail polish, so it was an easy transition into experimenting with making her own lacquers. The name was changed from Smitten Polish to Dreamland Lacquer in 2016 due to trademark issues.

I never read descriptions. This top coat is not 5 free, and I could tell as soon as I opened the bottle from the smell. This doesn’t bother me, but I know it’s a big deal for some people. Dries fast and is super glossy. I haven’t noticed any shrinking, and it didn’t smudge my stamping.

This gloss coat is incredible; it holds down glitter well, dries quickly and adds the most gorgeous sheen to any polish. It looks beautiful over natural nails and gives my nails an extra strength boost as well. I’d recommend this product to anyone :D
