Out Of Sequins reflective nail polish topper is the perfect way to dress up your manicure. In low lighting, you can catch a subtle twinkle that won’t obscure the colour underneath. As the light increases so does the bling! Flash or bold lighting will reflect a bright silver for that perfect touch of bling. One coat is recommended, followed by a quick-dry topcoat. Size: 15ml / .50 fl oz with glitter grabbing flat brush. Two stainless steel balls are included in every polish bottle. Do not use near open flame. Not for internal consumption. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs.

in normal lighting, this top coat is a lot more subtle than I expected. Which is nice because it won’t drown out whatever you put it over. Under flash though, woah! Blinding!
