Femme Fatale Policies for Group Buys

• Preorder items are final sale and cannot be cancelled. Any other items purchased as part of a group buy can be cancelled and refunded (unless noted otherwise, example: final sale stock, scratch and dent, etc). If you require an adjustment or cancellation, please open a ticket with your order number and relevant information. We cannot cancel or change orders that have been packed or shipped.
• Please note that the extended timeframe (nature of any group buy) may result in slower transitioning thermals or glow units. Unfortunately we are not able to replace or refund units that are affected by the longer wait (between point of sale and customer receivership) when partaking in a group buy.
• See the group buy thread in the Fiends group for specific information on the shipping timeframe, delivery options, taxes/fees payable, and shipping cost.
• Postage is not charged by Femme Fatale on individual group buy orders (this item waives postage once added to cart). Customers will need to pay the postage directly to the group buy organiser, usually upon dispatch of the parcel to the organiser. The postage fees charged are provided to you by the organiser, as they may include a handling fee, packing supply cost, in addition to the postage fee plus applicable taxes, etc. If you have any questions relating to fees payable, please contact the group buy organiser directly.
• Femme Fatale is not liable for the replacement or reimbursement of transit loss or damages from the group buy organiser to you within your local mail system. Thus we HIGHLY recommend you purchase parcel insurance for your items (request this to the organiser). Femme Fatale may only replace or reimburse for loss or damages on the initial shipment via DHL to the organiser, and this also would require insurance purchased on that consignment.
• All taxes, fees or custom charges are the responsibility of the organiser upon import of the parcel, and these fees may be split and passed on to members. If you have any questions relating to fees payable, please contact the group buy organiser directly.
• The timeframe of the group buy is set by the organiser, please ensure you are aware of the length of time the group buy is open for and the expected shipping timeframe. Check the group buy thread in the Fiends group for this information. We expect a reasonable time between the organiser receiving the DHL parcel, and packing the items to mail to you, to be 2 weeks. Please note the organiser has to unpack items, separate the items and check for damages, wrap and pack them safely for your parcel, print off labels and get to the PO. Depending how many people are participating in the group buy, this may be a lengthy process; and we appreciate your patience.
• All group buys are considered ‘at your own risk’ to participate in; if you are concerned for any reason about receiving your items we recommend you place an order to ship alone via Parcel Forwarding or DHL; or utilise our Order Hold (combination) service to ship multiple orders in the one parcel with one postage fee (excess postage refunded after dispatch, read more here). Please always ensure you are fully informed of the group buy window length, approximate shipping timeframe, expected payable fees and postage, and request parcel insurance for your items; prior to partaking in any Femme Fatale Group Buy.
