Ingredients: (Top Coat) Butyl Acetate, Ethyl Acetate, Nitrocellulose, polyster resin, dibutyl phthalate, Bentone, Isopropyl Alcohol, camphor, octocrylene and isopropyl. (Base Coat) Ethyl Acetate, Butyl Acetate, Nitrocellulose, Acetyl Tributyl Citrate, Isopropyl Alcohol, Adipic Acid / Neopentyl Glycol / Trimellitic Anhydride Copolymer, Benzophenone-3,Trimethylpentanediyl Dibenzoate, Polyvinyl Butyral, D&C Yellow #11, FD&C Blue #1.

Other: Note top coat is 2-free only. For a few customers this base coat has acted as a peel off base coat which is great for glitters. For the majority of others it acts as a normal base coat) much of this is determined by one’s body chemistry.

Tips & Tricks
Achieve intense shine with this crystal clear formula, by allowing all layers of polish to dry below the top coat. 2-4 minutes or less and your nails will be dry, durable, long lasting with days of no tip wear, chipping! Apply Glisten & Glow top coat in a thin layer layer floating it over the top of the polish below, go back in with a 2nd coat to smooth and seal glitter or textured polishes. Protect your nail art/stamping/watermarbles with Glisten & Glow top coat, allow all that beauty below to dry and then float on top a nice bead of topcoat. Seal the tips, side walls and just past the coloured polish line near your cuticle to prevent any shrinkage. Want to intensify your holographic polishes? Add a coat of Glisten & Glow top coat!
Glisten & Glow top coat has an even consistency throughout the whole bottle, but if yours does get a little thick or gloppy just add a few drops of nail polish thinner and roll between your hands. Don’t worry, it’s just restoring some of the solvents that are already in it, that have evaporated since it has been opened.
Application Guide
If you don’t allow for full dry time, you could experience bubbling (often the biggest problem polish lovers have is that they don’t allow the base coat to dry long enough), as always use polishes in a well-ventilated area.

HK Girl is a true cult favourite – and for good reason. Super glossy, super durable and super quick to dry even over wet polish. It is one of the few top coats that doesn’t dull holo’s, so it can be used for every single mani. I haven’t touched any of my other top coats since first getting this. I’m about halfway through my bottle and it hasn’t thickened or dried at all.
I’m a total peeler: my polish generally peels off in one piece within a day. This base coat helps polish adhere to my nails to the point where I can go about a week without any major chips or peels, which is pretty amazing if I say so myself.

Both of these products are amazing. I have always used Seche Vite and as far as I can tell, HK Girl is identical (unfortunately this means it also thickens once less than half is left, you’ll need to use thinning drops). My manicures have been lasting way longer since I started using Stuck On Blu base coat. I would definitely repurchase both of these, they’re amazing products and essential to a beautiful, long-lasting manicure.

The base coat I would not call sticky. I’ve had polishes peel off in a single day.

Top coat. I really like it! It doesn’t smudge nail designs and doesn’t chip. It is quick to dry and so glossy! The one flaw it has is that it thickens quite fast but I just use thinning drops.
Base Coat. For some reason, on my nails, it dries with bubbles so the nail polish on top can’t get smooth. I had to use thinning drops to solve the problem. Overall, it is ok.

The top coat is amazing! Haven’t noticed any gloopiness yet, but I haven’t been using it for long! The bast coat also works really well; acts slightly like a peel-off base coat for me, but as with the other review I have noticed that when applying even a thin layer of this base coat a few bubbles do appear, but they are not noticeable underneath the other layers of polish. Overall a very great duo!

I’m a fan of this set of top and base coats! The base isn’t sticky unlike other blue base coats, but they work well together. The top coat is probably the shiniest I’ve ever tried.
