A weird one, palo santo. We won’t say you’ll love it or you’ll hate it because you may not know, either upon first sniff or even the third. It’s a citrusy, minty, woody, funky little beast that’s on a mission to Mars. Did it crawl out of the primordial past or was it sent from the future? Either way, we can’t escape its gravitational pull.
