One of my all time favorite scents from Poesie- Twice to tea is true to the description. In the bottle, I get soft sweet lavender and vanilla with a hint of the bergamot from the Earl Grey. It’s slightly powdery with minimum throw. Upon application the bergamot comes to the front and the black tea notes come out, but the vanilla and lavender round out the overall scent so it isn’t harsh or bitter. The lavender isn’t medicinal but gives the perfume an herbal note that grounds it nicely without getting too funky. On drydown the scent becomes a bit more powdery and soft. Minimum sillage and good longevity. This is one of my favorite cold weather perfumes- it lingers on my winter scarves long after it is worn. Highly comforting and cozy.

This is the scent they made me realize that I liked tea notes! Nice strong tea with vanilla and sweet lavender. Not much milk here this isn’t really creamy just a perfect lavender/tea/vanilla.

This scent has good staying power and doesn’t fade as quickly as some perfume oils do on me. I am happy that the lavender smells natural and not soapy at all. The lavender and bergamot are definitely the predominant notes I detect, though, and I was hoping for just a little more sweetness to this one. Maybe that’s because I take my tea with two sugars. Still, this is pleasant fragrance, and I will wear it again!

    Sweet, herbal, floral. Almost a ‘my skin but better’ type scent on me, it’s subtle but so sophisticated and cozy.

    Lovely strong Earl Grey, with a hint of lavender making it calming and herbal. The vanilla milk note is creamy and stays true (no sour or plasticy smells here!). I like also that the milk isn’t too strong – my beloved Earl Grey is the star here, and I’m especially happy about it since I prefer to drink my Earl Grey without much milk as well! Decent throw and longevity also. I’m a big fan and will be seeking out other poesie tea perfumes!

    Herbal, not sweet to me – the earl grey dominates, the lavender is there but blended to the point I can’t pick it out.
