We offer customers the option to place orders on hold to be combined, and dispatched later at a date of their choosing.

Benefits:

• No limit to how many orders you want held or combined.
• Super handy for shopping various brand preorders!
• Can be used to combine multiple orders and save on postage.
• Can be used if you need us to dispatch at a specific date due to holidays/moving/illness (etc).
• Your choice of postage refund via original payment method, or store credit with extra 10%!

Key Terms:

• Maximum 3 month hold period before orders are bundled and dispatched.
• Postage must be paid on all orders, and any excess is refunded after dispatch.
• $1 per order-on-hold fee to cover stock handling and administrative duties.
• Store credit comes with extra 10% and has a 6 month window for use.
• The Order Hold item MUST be added to each order you need held; otherwise we won’t know to set it aside.
