Spellbound is a 4 in 1 base coat. It acts as a ridge filler, a sticky primer, a strengthener, and an undie for sheer polishes.
- This dries with a slightly matte finish to provide you with the best adhesion for a long lasting mani.
- It expertly smooths out ridges to provide you with the smoothest surface.
- It makes a great base underneath often unforgiving multichrome polish and powders.
